Ordering

By submitting an order to us , you confirm and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct.

Delivery

Except when otherwise stated we will normally make a charge of £2.95 for all mainland UK deliveries to cover postage & packing. All prices stated are in GB pounds sterling. Your order will normally be dispatched within 2 working days of placing the order.

Royal Mail will deliver the majority of orders and a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, a card may be left and the goods will be taken to your local sorting office/depot for you to arrange collection.

Yorkidz cannot accept liability for late delivery due to postal strikes, weather conditions or incidents outside of our control.

Exchanges & Returns

We are happy to exchange (subject to availability) or refund if you are not entirely satisfied. Please email us at info@yorkidz.com and we will provide you with the return address information and a returns reference number. Please do not return any item without contacting us first.

Your item/s must be returned within 14 days unworn and as new with labels intact. The original delivery charge is non refundable.

General

We try to ensure that all photographs represent our items as accurately as possible. However, the visual image you see will be dependant upon your monitor's display. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the photographs you see are an accurate representation of the actual item.

Privacy

Yorkidz.com will not pass any of your information/personal details onto any third party other than our secure payment provider PayPal to authorise payment. Any information we hold about you e.g. delivery address, contact details etc., will be stored in a secure environment and will not be used for any other purpose other than to contact you about your order.

Website information

Accessing the website is entirely at your own risk .We may change the Yorkidz website and correct or update information on it at any time without notice. With the exception of the description of products and services available for order from our website, we do not guarantee and are not responsible for the accuracy of any information provided on the website. We do not represent or warrant that the material contained in the website, any of the functions of the website and the server will operate without interruption or delay or will be free from defects, viruses or bugs or compatible with any other software or material.

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these terms and conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.
